Four of the most powerful business leaders in America arrived at the White House one day last month for lunch with President Barack Obama, sitting down in his private dining room just steps from the Oval Office.

But even for powerful CEOs, there’s no such thing as a free lunch: White House staffers collected credit card numbers for each executive and carefully billed them for the cost of the meal with the president.

All meals at America’s White House (NOT Obama’s house as he likes to pretend) are already bought and paid for by US citizen tax dollars. There’s been talk of auditing the Fed, maybe the White House could stand an audit too…

The White House defended the unusual move as a way to avoid conflicts of interest.

BHO crossed the conflict of interest line long ago by firing GM’s CEO Rick Wagoner.

But the Bush administration didn’t charge presidential guests for meals, one former official said, and at least one etiquette expert found the whole thing unseemly – suggesting it was a serious breach of protocol.

“I’m sure they have their political reasons for doing that, but I think it’s not what quote, hospitality, unquote is all about,” said Letitia Baldrige, who headed Jacqueline Kennedy’s White House staff in the early 1960s. “We’ve got to relax about this. To have people to the White House and worry about the price of things is laughable.”

Didn’t Obama’s mama teach him any manners? Obviously not.

BEWARE! This should scare the living daylights out of you all. Once Car Dealers log onto cars.gov click on the “dealers” button and accept the privacy agreement they are vulnerable to Federal Government spying. Everyday consumers may not get the same warning but their info would be accessible from the dealer’s computer.

“This application provides access to the DoT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, your computer is considered a Federal computer system and is the property of the US Government. Any or all uses of this system and all files may be intercepted, monitored, recorded, copied, audited, inspected, and disclosed to authorized CARS, DoT, and law enforcement personal, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, both domestic and foreign.

My advice is to stay the hell away from cars.gov (link Anonymoused). The Cash For Clunkers program is idiotic anyways unless you do not pay any taxes (in that case it is just another welfare handout) you are just having your tax money redistributed back to your pocket. Put it this way the $4,500 is yours or rather was your money. All for what? Destroying (in many cases) a perfectly good running vehicle to trade in for another you may not be able to afford. Another bill to add to your personal deficit.

Some people are so damn naive. But then again look at who the majority elected as POTUS…

I can hear it now: “Well comrade, we see from your hourly computer scan by Homeland Security, that you said 1 hr ago that perhaps President and Lord High Barak Obama is not to be worshipped. This places you in violation of the Pelosi-Frank Act. The provisions of which allow us to do to you whatever the hell we want. Your assets in full are to be confiscated,  a compulsary, Govt mandated divorce from you wife has been entered into your records and your children declared wards of the Glorious, People’s State, and will be re-educated to the new, people’s norm of President For Life Obama. You must report in 20 minutes to the Federal Center or face summary police execution upon sight. Thank you, and have a nice day.
