In the ‘Name of Qod, the Compassionate, the Merciful raise Be to fillah, the Lord of the “Universe, and peace and blessing be upon our Master and (prophet, Mohammad, and his pure ‘Household, and his noble Companions” “Oh, god, hasten the arrival of Imam fit- Mahdi and grant him good health and victory and make us his followers and those who attest to his rightfulness”
Mr. (President, (Excellencies, Ladies and (gentlemen, I thank the Almighty God for granting me, once more, this opportunity to address this important international meeting. I wish to begin by congratulating you, Mr. President, for having assumed the presidency of the 64th Session of the UN General Assembly and wish you all the success. I also extend my thanks to H.E. Mr. Miguel d’Escoto Brockmann, President of the 63rd Session of the General Assembly, for his excellent stewardship of the work of the General Assembly during his term. Over the past four years I have talked to you concerning the main challenges facing our world. I have talked about the roots and underlying causes of these challenges and the need for the world powers to review their outlook and workout new mechanisms to address the pressing international problems.
I have talked about the two conflicting outlooks prevailing in our world; one that is based on the predominance of its materialistic interests through spreading inequality and oppression, poverty and deprivation, aggression, occupation and deception, and tends to bring the entire world under its control and impose its will on other nations. This outlook has produced nothing but frustration, disappointment and a dark future for the entire humanity.
The other outlook is the one that spouses with the belief in the oneness of the Almighty God, follows the teaching of His messengers, respects human dignity and seeks to build a secure world for all members of the human community, in which everybody can equally enjoy the blessings of sustainable peace and spirituality. The latter is an outlook that respects all human beings, nations, and valuable cultures in defiance of all types of discrimination in the world, and commits itself into a constant fight to promote equality for all before the law on the basis of justice and fraternity, laying a solid foundation to guarantee equal access for all human beings in their quest to excel in knowledge and science. I have laid emphasis time and again on the need to make fundamental changes in the current attitudes towards the world and the human being in order to be able to create a bright tomorrow.
Friends and Colleagues; Today, I wish to share with you a few points about the changes that should take place. First, Clearly, continuation of the current circumstances in the world is impossible. The present inequitable and unfavorable conditions run counter to the very nature of human kind and move in a direction which contravenes the truth and the goal behind the creation of the world. It is no longer possible to inject thousands of billions of dollars of unreal wealth to the world economy simply by printing worthless paper assets, or transfer inflation as well as social and economic problems to others through creating sever budget deficits. The engine of unbridled capitalism with its unfair system of thought has reached the end of road and is unable to move. The era of capitalist thinking and . imposition of one’s thoughts on the international community, intended to predominate the world in the name of globalization and the age of setting up empires is over. It is no longer possible to humiliate nations and impose double standard policies on the world community.
Approaches in which realization of the interests of certain powers is considered as the only criteria to weigh democracy, and using the ugliest methods of intimidation and deceit under the mantle of freedom as a democratic practice, and approaches through which sometimes dictators are portrayed as democrats, lack legitimacy and must be totally rejected. The time has come to an end for those who define democracy and freedom and set standards whilst they themselves are the first who violate its fundamental principles. They can no longer sit both the judge and the executor and challenge the real democratically- established governments. The awakening of nations and the expansion of freedom worldwide will no longer allow them to continue their hypocrisy and vicious attitudes.
Because of all these reasons most nations including the people of the Untied States are waiting for real and profound changes. They have welcomed and will continue to welcome changes. How can one imagine that the inhuman policies in Palestine may continue; to force the entire population of a country out of their homeland for more than 60 years by resorting to force and coercion; to attack them with all types of arms and even prohibited weapons; to deny them of their legitimate right of self-defense, while much to the chagrin of the international community calling the occupiers as the peace lovers, and portraying the victims as terrorists. How can the crimes of the occupiers against defenseless women and children and destruction of their homes, farms, hospitals and schools be supported unconditionally by certain governments, and at the same time, the oppressed men and women be subject to genocide and heaviest economic blockade being denied of their basic needs, food, water and medicine.
They are not even allowed to rebuild their homes which were destroyed during the 22-day barbaric attacks by the Zionist regime while the winter is approaching. Whereas the aggressors and their supporters deceitfully continue their rhetoric in defense of human rights in order to put others under pressure. It is no longer acceptable that a small minority would dominate the politics, economy and culture of major parts of the world by its complicated networks, and establish a new form of slavery, and harm the reputation of other nations, even European nations and the U.S., to attain its racist ambitions.
It is not acceptable that some who are several thousands of kilometers away from the Middle East would send their troops for military intervention and for spreading war, bloodshed, aggression, terror and intimidation in the whole region while blaming the protests of nations in the region, that are concerned about their fate and their national security, as a move against peace and as interference in others’ affairs. Look at the situations in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is no longer possible to bring a country under military occupation in the name of fight against terrorism and drug trafficking while the production of illicit drugs has multiplied, terrorism has widened its dimensions and has tightened its grips, thousands of innocent people have been killed, injured or displaced, infrastructures have been destroyed and regional security has been seriously jeopardized; and those who have created the current disastrous situation continue to blame others. How you can talk about friendship and solidarity with other nations while you expand your military bases in different parts of the world including in Latin America.
This situation cannot continue. It is all the more impossible to advance expansionist and inhuman policies on the basis of militaristic logic. The logic of coercion and intimidation will produce dire consequences, exacerbating the present global problems. It is not acceptable that the military budget of some governments exceeds far larger than those of the entire countries of the world. They export billions of dollars of arms every year, stockpile chemical and biological weapons, establish military bases or have military presence in other countries while accusing others of militarism, and mobilize all their resources in the world to impede scientific and technological progress of other nations under the pretext of countering arms proliferation. It is not acceptable that the United Nations and the Security Council, whose decisions must represent all nations and governments by the application of the most democratic methods in their decision making processes, be dominated by a few governments and serve their interests. In a world where cultures, thoughts and public opinions should be the determining factors, the continuation of the present situation is impossible, and fundamental changes seem to be unavoidable. Second; Any change must be structural and fundamental both in theory and practice, involving all domains of our life.
The outdated mechanisms which themselves were instrumental in and the root cause for present problems in human societies can never be used to bring changes and create our desired world. Liberalism and capitalism that have alienated human beings from heavenly and moral values will never bring happiness for humanity because they are the main source of all misfortune wars, poverty and deprivation. We have all seen that how the inequitable economic structures controlled by certain political interests have been used to plunder national wealth of countries for the benefit of a group of corrupt business giants. The present structures are incapable of reforming the present situation. The political and economic structures created following the World War II that was based on intentions to dominate the world failed to promote justice and lasting security. Rulers whose hearts do not beat for the love of humankind and who sacrificed the spirit of justice in their minds never offer the promise of peace and friendship to humanity.
By the grace of God, Marxism is gone. It is now history. The expansionist Capitalism will certainly have the same fate. Because based on the divine traditions referred to as a principle in the Holy Quran, the wrong like the bubbles on the surface of water, will disappear. There remains only what that can be used forever towards the interest of human societies. We must all remain vigilant to prevent the pursuit of colonialist, discriminatory and inhuman goals under the cover of the slogans for change and in new formats. The world needs to undergo fundamental changes and all must engage collectively to make them happen in the right direction, and through such efforts no one and no government would consider itself an exception to change or superior to others and try to impose its will on others by proclaiming world leadership. All problems existing in our world today emanate from the fact that rulers have distanced themselves from human values, morality and the teachings of divine messengers. Regrettably, in the current international relations, selfishness and insatiable greed have taken the place of such humanitarian concepts as love, sacrifice, dignity, and justice. The belief in the One God has been replaced with selfishness. Some have taken the place of God and insist to impose their values and wishes on others. Lies have taken the place of honesty; hypocrisy has replaced integrity and selfishness has taken the place of sacrifice. Deception in interactions is called foresight and statesmanship; looting the wealth of other nations is called development efforts; occupation is introduced as a gift towards promotion of freedom and democracy, and defenseless nations are subjected to repression in the name of defending human rights. Friends and Colleagues; Settlement of global problems and administration of justice and maintenance of peace will only be materialized with collective determination and cooperation of all nations and states. The age of polarizing the world on the premises of the hegemony or domination of a few governments is over.
Today we must rise together in a collective commitment against the present challenges; we must take change seriously and help others through collective work to return to the basic moral and human values. Messengers were sent by God to show the light of the truth to human kind, they came to make people aware of their individual and social obligations. Piety, having faith to Allah and its judgment of human behavior or conduct in the next world, belief in the primacy of justice in both lives, seeking one’s happiness, well being and security in the happiness, well-being and security of others, respecting human kind, making efforts to expand love and compassion against hostility were all on top of the teachings offered by the Messengers of God from Adam to Noah, from Noah to Abraham, Moses, Jesus Christ and the last one Prophet Mohamamd (PUH).
All of them came to do something to eliminate war and ignorance, to eradicate poverty and uproot discrimination in order to spread happiness in the entire world. They are the best gifts that God Almighty has granted to human beings. If the belief in Entezar( A waiting patiently for the Imam to return) will turn into a common and we join hands to achieve prosperity for all, then there will be more real and increasing hopes for reform. 5 (fourth; In my opinion, we have several important agendas in front of us. The Secretary- General and the UN General Assembly can take the lead by undertaking necessary measures for the fulfillment of our shared goals on the basis of:
1 – Restructuring the United Nations in order to transform this world body to an efficient and fully democratic organization, capable of playing an impartial, equitable, and effective role in the international relations; reforming the structure of the Security Council, specially by abolishing the discriminatory privilege of veto right; restoration of the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people by organizing a referendum and free elections in Palestine in order to prepare a conducive ground for all Palestinian populations, including Muslims, Christians and Jews to live together in peace and harmony; putting an end to all types of interferences in the affairs of Iraq, Afghanistan, Middle East, and in all countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe. As our great Prophet said, a government may survive with blasphemy, but never with oppression. Oppression against Palestinians and violation of their rights still continue; a new group of Palestinians who lived in al-Qod al-Sharif were again forced out of their homes as the destruction of their residential homes continues by the occupiers; bombings in Afghanistan and Pakistan have not yet sopped; and Guantanamo Prison has not yet been shut down and there are still secret prisons in Europe. Continuation of the present situation adds to hostilities and violence. Oppression and military aggression must be stopped. Regrettably, official reports concerning the brutalities of the Zionist regime in Gaza have not been completely published. The Secretary-General and the United Nations have crucial responsibilities in this respect and the international community is impatiently waiting for the punishment of the aggressors and the murderers of the defenseless people of Gaza.
2- Reforming the current economic structures and setting up a new international economic order based on human and moral values and obligations. A new course is needed that would help promote justice and progress worldwide by flourishing the potentials and talents of all nations thus bringing well-being for all and for future generations;
3- Reforming the international political relations based on the promotion of lasting peace and friendship, eradication of arms race and elimination of all nuclear, chemical and biological weapons;
4- Reforming cultural structures , respect for diverse customs and traditions of all nations, fostering moral values and spirituality aimed at institution of family as the backbone of all human societies; 5- Worldwide efforts to protect the environment and full observance of the international agreements and arrangements to prevent the annihilation of nature’s non-renewable resources.
Fifth; Our nation has successfully gone through a glorious and fully- democratic election, opening a new chapter for our country in the march towards national progress and enhanced international interactions. They entrusted me once more with a large majority this heavy responsibility.
And now, I want to declare that our great nation that has made great contribution to the world civilization, and the Islamic Republic of Iran as one of the most democratic and progressive governments of the world is ready to mobilize all its cultural, political and economic capabilities to engage into constructive process aimed at addressing the international concerns and challenges. Our country has been a main victim of terrorism and the target of an all-out military aggression during the first decade of the revolution. All through the past thirty years we have been subject to hostile attitudes of those who supported Saddam’s military aggression and his use of chemical weapons against us, and then they took military action in Iraq to get rid of him.
Today, our nation seeks to create a world in which justice and compassion prevail. We announce our commitment to participate in the process of building a durable peace and security worldwide for all nations based on justice, spirituality and human dignity, while being dedicated to strongly defending our legitimate and legal rights. To materialize these goals, our nation is prepared to warmly shake all those hands which are honestly extended to us. No nation can claim to be free from the need to change and reform in this journey towards perfectness. We welcome real and humane changes and stand ready to actively engage in fundamental global reforms.
Therefore, we emphasize that: – The only path to remain safe is to return to Mmonotheism (believing in the Oneness of God) and justice, and this is the greatest hope and opportunity in all ages and generations. Without belief in God and commitment to the cause of justice and fight against injustice and discrimination, the world architect would not get right. Man is at the center of the universe. The man’s unique feature is his humanity. The same feature which seeks for justice, piety, love, knowledge, awareness and all other high values. These human values should be supported, and each and every fellow humans should be given the opportunity to acquire them. Neglecting any of them is tantamount to the omission of a constituting piece of humanity.
These are common elements which connect all human communities and constitute the basis of peace, security and friendship. 7 The divine religions pay attention to all aspects of human life, including obedience to God, morality, justice, fighting oppression, and endeavor to establish just and good governance. Prophet Abraham called for Oneness of God against Nimrod, as Prophet Moses did the same against Pharaohs and the Jesus Christ and Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon them) did against the oppressors of their own time. They were all threatened to death and were forced out of their homelands. Without resistance and objection, the injustices would not be removed from the face of the earth. Sixth; (Dear friends and colleagues; The world is in continuous change and evolution.
The promised destiny for the mankind is the establishment of the humane pure life. Will come a time when justice will prevail across the globe and every single human being will enjoy respect and dignity. That will be the time when the Mankind’s path to moral and spiritual perfectness will be opened and his journey to God and the manifestation of the God’s Divine Names will come true. The mankind should excel to represent the God’s “knowledge and wisdom”, His “compassion and benevolence”, His “justice and fairness”, His “power and art”, and His “kindness and forgiveness”. These will all come true under the rule of the Perfect Man, the last Divine Source on earth, Hazrat Mahdi (Peace be upon him); an offspring of the Prophet of Islam, who will re-emerge, and Jesus Christ (Peace be upon him) and other noble men will accompany him in the accomplishment of this, grand universal mission. And this is the belief in Entezar (Awaiting patiently for the Imam to return). Waiting with patience for the rule of goodness and the governance of the Best which is a universal human notion and which is a source of nations’ hope for the betterment of the world. 1 They will come, and with the help of righteous people and true believers will materialize the man’s long-standing desires for freedom, perfectness, maturity, security and tranquility, peace and beauty. They will come to put an end to war and aggression and present the entire knowledge as well as spirituality and friendship to the whole world. Yes; Indeed, the bright future for the mankind will come. (Dearfriends, In waiting for that brilliant time to come and in a collective commitment, let’s make due contributions in paving the grounds and preparing the conditions for building that bright future. Long live love and spirituality; long live peace and security; long live justice and freedom. God’s Peace and blessing be upon you all.

Ahmadinejad speaks of peace. The very man who slaughtered his own people who dared to question his recent re-election which of course was a complete sham.
A maniacal bloody tyrant.

Anyone who defends Ajad and the terror Palestine wages is a fool. An ignorant fool.
Let’s join force and build something new and fair. We need people with open mind to construct a new financial and political system based on true democracy and justice.
Please contribute to my blog about building a new financial system prophetes.net/ieb/
Sure I do right here:

What makes you think the election results didn’t reflect the voters? Have you seen the recent poll of Iranians where 80% believe Ahmadinejad is Iran’s legitimate president, 80% believe the voting process is fair and 80% believe Ahmadinejad is honest?
When asked who they voted for, the people who answered gave responses that fit within the margin of error of the reported vote results (if you calculate only the proportions of votes of people who said they voted). When asked who they’d vote for now, by this poll Ahmadinejad would win today by about the same margin.

Mousavi encouraged people to go to the streets before he had any serious evidence of fraud. That was very irresponsible of him. Even though a minority of Iranians support him, he abused the trust and support of those who would follow him.
Everything he predicted in his first UN speech is coming true. World energy is changing and the power once again is shifting from one side of the brain (material) to the other side of brain (spiritual). That is why all corrupt financial systems are collapsing.
I do not support the mullah rule in Iran but i do totally believe in Ahmadinejad and what he is trying to achieve for the world. One must not forget that he is fighting against two factions. From the outside that is run by Zionists and from within that is controlled by corrupt mullas (which includes the very people who were backing Moussavi).
And to the young poster who rants about the Anti-election demonstration i have this to say. Did you really think that if Moussavi had overcome the govenment in a revolution it would have meant freedom for Iran? If you think that, then you must be a very young kid with little knowledge.
Consider this… Moussavi was out of touch before the election. He suddenly appeared and backed by Rafsanjani and Khatami (who are two of the most corrupt mullahs in Iran and totally against Ahmadinejad). In turn they were backed by USA/UK who wanted Ahmadinejad out of the way (because he could not be bribed). This whole thing was more of an internal strife rather than a freedom revolution. Think about it.
It will be useful for all of us to consider some questions in a very logical way rather than rant based on feelings.
How is it that Moussavi claimed he was the outright winner even before any votes had been counted?
How is it that Moussavi claimed fraud even before votes had been counted?
How is it that Moussavi had organised rallies before any results and called people out against government?
How is it that 1000’s of account opened in one day on Twitter all in aid of helping Moussavi? BTW, all these accounts were created in Israel. It would take month and weeks to organise such accounts in this way. Can anyone see how it was planned in advance?
Neda was shot from behind. She was not near any demonstrations and no government forces were near by. Exactly at the same time she was being filmed by 4 cameras. WHY? How did anyone know to film her.
How is it that within minutes of Neda being killed, her face was on the internet in a very very organised way as if it had been planned long before the election.
How is it that Neda’s face was printed within hours in the exactly same type of art work in posters that were made for Obama? (the famous two coloured art work that worked so well for Obama’s campain). This kind of printing work and design requires months of advance planing.
How is it that all the flags that were shown in photos in Europe and USA which had the pre-revolution lion of Iran on it all had crease in them as if they had just been opened out of the packet. It was clear that all these flags were new and had just been printed and ready for use. Where did they come from? Does every Iranian in USA have a brand new old style flag folded in a packet ready for a revolution in Iran? BTW, why the old style of Shah? And to top it all, the son of Shah is ready with speeches in MSM in USA. Can you see where i am going with this?
And finally, every single pole taken in Europe and USA clearly indicated Ahmadinejad winning by margin of 2 to 1. Even as one poster above mentioned, the recent poles (once again taken by USA) indicates that 80% of people agree with the results and exactly 65% are in support of Ahmadinejad.
Please, please please. I know some of you are not happy with the regime in Iran but this is no excuse for falling for a simple stupid scam planned by Western powers.
Iran is behind much of the terror and unrest in the world today and only a fool believes otherwise.
Now, lets talk about Iran. Mousavi was officially running but Rafsanjani was behind the scenes and behind the protests. Who is Rafsanjani? Does he support democracy? Separation of religion and government? More cultural freedoms? I don’t think so. The way he made his fortune strongly suggests that he cares about himself and not about the people. I am not sure about his other investments but in Canada, he and his family invested a lot of money in development, malls, and highway 407. This is how he is paid for his support of the foreign intrests that want to put their hands on Iran’s natural resources. That’s why he wants to destabilise Iran. Think about it, before you call other people fools. Unless, of course, if you are part of the concerted Israeli effort to pitch people against Iran. In this case, know that people are not stupid.
Good insight and a very open mind.
Thanks for sharing
Under what rock were you living all of these years, he never killed anyone, it was a coup by his enemies withing the country, the real hypocrites were Mousavi and Rafsanjani.
You need to dislodge from that old conditioning that “we” the good guys and them, this guy is fighting for all humanity, it takes balls of steel to stand up at the UNGA and speak out against the corrupt elite, that are enslaving all of us.
USA is no longer your country, it belongs to the few, a bunch of bankers and other members of the Elite, when are you going to wake up? When it’s too late?
They killed people during the Iranian election, biased by the MSM, such as the BBC, NBC, CNN etc..
Iranians love this guy, who are you to tell them what they must choose? Or democracy when it suits you?
Break free from that conditioning, this man stood up and spoke against the true Tyrants.
Do you think the economic desaster happened by accident?
It was all calculated.
Every citizen of the world is in debt because of them, banks were bailed out with your money and my money, who was living under a rock then?
Think before you make any comments, don’t let your hate and ignorance guide you.
Ajad fights in the name of Islam and Islam alone. Human rights do not exist in Islam.
Any poster who goes out of their way to defend Ajad’s part in the blood of Iranian citizens running in the streets is twisted.
I do not care about any other details besides the brute force committed against the citizens. There is no justification for it. Period.
The economic disaster was no accident I agree. It was systematic. It has been planed by the anti-capitalist radical left for years.
BTW I bitched about Bush and his part in “Tarp One” as well.
You wrote: “The economic disaster was no accident I agree. It was systematic. It has been planed by the anti-capitalist radical left for years.” – where did you take this idea from? Since when the radical left has the means and the ability to cause economic disaster on a global scale? Since when the Wall Street, the Federal Reserve, the CFR, the Rockefellers, and the Rothschilds became a “radical left?”
You wrote: “Ajad fights in the name of Islam and Islam alone. Human rights do not exist in Islam.” Did you read Ajad’s speech? Did you understand what you were reading? Please read it again with open mind. And please stop watching CNN, Fox News, and other Zionist propaganda outlets.
Now about the “blood of Iranian citizens running in the streets.” I don’t blame you, it is normal that young people are often naive in their idealism. Do you believe that life under capitalism is better for the people? For the country? Do you want Iran to become a colony? Do you want Iranians to live like Iraqis or like Palestinians in Gaza? What if Ahmadinejad knew better? What if he knew who really inspired the “color revolution” in Iran and for what reason? Would you then blame him of radical steps to stop the attempted colonisation of Iran? Please note that this would not be the first imperialist attempt on a regime change in Iran’s history.
How about the blood of countless Iranians who, in the past, sacrificed their lives defending Iranian sovereignty? Does it count? This is a difficult issue and a difficult calculation that politicians have to face in situations like this. And this, assuming that the victims were really shot by Iranian security forces acting on orders from the Iranian government and not by agents running a “pre-arranged” provocation.
I have witnessed the blood in the streets of Poland during the martial law introduced by gen. Jaruzelski in 1981 to outlaw “Solidarity.” My two friends were killed during demonstrations. They believed that they were fighting for “freedom and democracy.” They did not know that, ten years later, their sacrifice would lead to the sellout of Poland’s sovereignty and economy. If they knew it, I am sure they would have switched sides. So would I.
Please try to look deeper at the situation in Iran. There is enough evidence to support a strong possibility that the popular protests were organized ahead of time and coordinated internationally. I cannot convince you but I am asking you to look for more independent and objective information.
Iran has just announced their new small research nuclear sight. Exactly within IAEA rules. Rules require member nations to declare any new sights 6 month before it is operational. Iran has done exactly that.
However and this is a very big however. USA and UK/France etc already knew about this site and they were going to catch Iran out by announcing the discovery at the exact right time as proof of Iran building nuclear weapons. It did not work and Iran called their bluff exactly at the right time.
The letter Iran sent to IAEA was on the 21st. This caught USA/UK off guard and annulled all their plans of propaganda. They did not announce the news for 3 days amid frenzy of meetings as what to do.
Ahmadinejad seems very relaxed regarding this matter. A very clever man who knows what to do. Consider that this man is handling the situation against all the think tanks of most powerful and advanced nations in the world put together and coming on top.
He is clearly aware that the energies of our planet are changing. He is aware of how the world is turning upside down and handling it very well.
If he can hold on a little bit longer then Zionists that are still trying to hold on to power and enslave people will lose it all. Peace.
BTW, on another subject and off topic:
Have you heard about the little boy in Latin America who is predicting an Obama assassination attempt in October? (look up youtube)
Did you notice Libyan leader Ghadafi mention the JFK death at UN and ask for an investigation? What was he hinting?
Did you hear Chavez mention JFKs’ death at UN and ask for investigation? Did you hear him to ask God to save Obama from the same bullets? Amazing isn’t it?
It’s as if these guys already know of a plot by the same people who killed JFK. Would that be Moussad? NeoCons?
We are living in very challenging times.
Agreed, just lke Yugoslavia

First, Obama’s new beginning speech in Cairo, and now, all of a sudden, an all out attack on Ahmadinejad and Iran? Strange… Maybe it has something to do with this: http://www.tehrantimes.com/index_View.asp?code=203592
Did Ahmadinejad cross the line here? Or some of his shadowy advisers made him do it to divert world’s attention from Gaza and to help Israel play the Iran card in order to avoid peace talks with the Palestinians? Or… was it Obama, playing a double game, pretending a friend while looking for an opportunity to establish military bases in Iran?
To “Ahmadinejad at the UN: Spewing faces…”:
Going back in time to demonize a culture or a religion is easy. All cultures were more primitive a few hundred years ago. One can just as easily bring opposite arguments – see here: revisionisthistory.org/talmudtruth
Even in our modern times, some of the Israel’s leaders have made hateful remarks that could only be interpreted as criminal, racist and genocidal.
Listen to what Ahmadinejad is saying instead of interpreting what he may or may not mean. This is a well known character assassination propaganda technique. Imply bad intentions regardless of the actual message or action. Change context – for example, from political to religious. Etc.
In a sense, it’s a good news. It shows that Israel’s apologists have run out of realistic and factual arguments.
One more comment in response to your article. Please, please don’t bring up the “right to self-defence” nonsense. I want to be polite, so I will not say here what I think about this hypocricy. Instead, please read what the representative of Yemen had to say about it during the UN General Assembly Emergency Session, last January:

I agree with you that Iran moving away from $ in oil trading is a big blow to USA, but this was inevitable and soon to be followed by others. Iran is not the initiator of collapsing $ but merely acting as a result of this process. Dominos are falling now and can not be stopped. Trying to stop Iran from moving away from $ will not make a difference. However you are correct that they might think this way as they did with Iraq, but times have changed.
Below some of my thoughts that may or may not be agreeable.
The world is going through changes. So dramatic that one can even suggest changes resembling ‘poles shifting’. Now I can see what they meant when they said poles shifting (left brain to right brain switch, Material to humanity). We are moving from the material world in to an awakening and right now America and most of Western nations who have ruled the world for the last 100 years are caught up in the middle of these changes. From one hand the Bush/NeoCon/Zionist clan still is trying to hold on to a slipping power and on the other hand a new understanding energy moving in to replace the old guard. A big conflict between the two forces so to speak which gives rise to conflicting speeches by Obama. His power is limited right now since the Israeli lobby is still very strong.
Personally I have great hopes for coming years. We are moving towards a new era that will bring many changes for humanity in terms of understanding.
If wars and devastations were to take place now, then humanity will move to the new era carrying fear and despair. Any changes thus will be based on these fears and anything that has its roots in fear is doomed to fail eventually, be it 3 or 4 generations down the line.
However if changes are made through understanding without wars and conflicts then they will be ever lasting and will not be forgotten 4 generations from now.
The “old powers” are fear mongering but will not be able to wage wars. Many old writings attest to wars in the final days of ‘transition of ages’ but they were talking about wars of spiritual nature that is taking place in human minds now and not actual material wars (Be it some of it may reflect in to material world). Perhaps that is why they talked about forces of good fighting against the forces of evil in heavens (could heavens = our minds? As is happening now?).
Is this the time that man is coming away from the shadows of his ‘animal self’ and stepping in to daylight of understanding? A conflict that can only be fought in the heavens of his mind and not in the battle of the fields?
Our DNA and basic blocks of life that started 16 billion years ago has given rise to our sum total that it today. We have moved from a single cell to animals, then to ‘human animals’ and now we are about to leave the ‘animal/human’ state behind and become the perfect ‘human beings’. (That is why Ahmadinejad is calling upon “That perfect human being who is regarded as Mahdi”). It is not an actual person but the new energy that is giving rise to a perfect human being and what is called the essence of Jesus Christ. He is calling it forth in every speech because he is beckoning this time to arrive. He clearly knows that peace and unity (and not wars) will quicken the time of ‘perfect human being’.
It is written “Of that time no one knows, not even the son but only the father” and “The father is within you”. Perhaps it means ‘That time’ will come only through understanding and only human beings themselves can decide as when that time is. Somehow I doubt that the conflict in our mind would start WW3 and we end up going back to essence of ‘human animals’ again. We have waited 16 billion years for this time and will not let it go so easily. Sure enough, many elites of mentality of past will try to hold on to the old ways. Pity them for they fear of letting go. They will not be able to stand against the ‘Perfect storm’ that is coming
I have read and listened to Ahmadinejad’s speeches and have found him consistent throughout all the years since he has come to power. Depth of understanding in his writings is beyond what I have seen in any leader of the world in many years. He clearly talks about humanity’s progress as a whole where as other leaders tend to think and talk on a very materialistic concept. No unbiased person can deny that Ahmadinejad has changed the order of the world that was once dominated by powerful Zionists. Interesting how they are falling apart now exactly as Ahmadinejad predicted. From within and without actual conflict.
For those who read this. Please do not allow Western propaganda and distortion of his speeches blind you from reality of what he is saying. Simplest example is the ‘Wiping off the map’ hoax.
Many may argue that the regime in Iran is corrupt with no expression of freedom and Ahmadinejad is part of that regime. To some degree I agree with this but let’s not forget that Ahmadinejad is also fighting against these corrupt powers that rule Iran. The whole election fiasco has actually helped him to identify and expose the very corrupt clerics who have been ruling Iran in the last 30 years. If Iran succeeds in eliminating these corrupt forces then I would guess within 3 years Iran will no longer be as oppressed as it is now and will not be ruled by fanatical clerics. However Iran will maintain its Islamic concept, be it in a different and more modern way.
Before Iran can have the freedom it so well deserves it must free herself from the clutches of corrupt clerics (such as Rafsanjani and Khatami and all their Clan which were in bed with Zionist agenda) as well as overcoming the Zionist regime that is ruling Western nations.
Forgive the long writing. I have been banned from many Neocon dominated forums and not much places left to write.LOL
One reason may be because you are so damn long winded. Good God What is stopping you from starting your own blog? It is considered rude and a trademark of liberals and leftists to post lengthy comments. They know it is harder to go toe to toe with them, takes up to much time. So they mostly are ignored, then they can feel an imaginary sense of satisfaction that they were right and had the last word.
By the way…In Ajad’s realm bloggers…DIE
Ajad’s speeches boil down to mostly proselytizing. He is given a forum on the world stage and all he manages to do is blather on and on about the false religion Islam.
Humanity’s progress? What would he know about humanity’s progress when Islam is still stuck in the 7th century.
Islam
No human rights
Suppression no freedom of speech
Oppression
No gender equality
Forced marriages of young prepubescent girls which basically is pedophiles buying child sex slaves.
Genital mutilation
Honor killings
Death for apostasy
Killing, stoning and flogging for adultery
Gays hang in Iran
If a virgin commits a crime in the eyes of the Iranian gov she is married to a prison guard and subsequently raped because she does not deserve (again in their eyes) to die a virgin
The chopping off of hands for theft
Yeah progress is rife in Islam It sure is!
And Jesus is not a prophet of Islam that is one of the biggest lies Allah FUBAR ever came up with. But oh I am sure he had his reasons for that claim. If anything Allah was clever.
Alex you are delusional I have NOT closed comments on this post or anywhere else on my site. So keep your misguided smug idiocy to yourself. Thanks.
Edit: Our little friend Alex may have visited my now defunct blog “Ironic Surrealism” at wordpress.com by mistake. In fact I am quite sure that is the story. I have closed all comments there as posted “September 16, 2007″ Correct me if I am wrong but isn’t this September 2009? LOL
Alex…reading comprehension skills…get some.

I guess reason and logic do not count when bullies have their way. You know, people end up going to prison for even asking certain questions.
Demonising other leaders and nations to distract attention from the crimes commited by others is a very cheap shot that really belongs to bullies that still live with the mindset of 16th centuary.
BTW, can you find anything in Dr.Ahmadinejad’s speech that is not really true?
That is your take, I doubt that is the real reason. Reason and logic, yeah keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better.
For one thing Ahmadinejad’s hate-filled ideology Islam is built upon lies. The mental midget denies the Holocaust ever happened. That should be enough for anyone regardless of their politics to question the mans sanity. Especially since Muslims were partners in crime with the Nazi regime.
His speech was filled with lies so preposterous they would be laughable if it weren’t for the fact so many Iranians have been arrested, tortured and killed for trying to practice true democracy.
Take your anti-Semitic terror supporting conspiracy theorizing ass else where. I have lost my patience with your sympathizing with the devil. Get your own blog and then you can spew your idiocy to your hearts content.
Your asinine friend Alex can go with you.
Neither of you should bother replying your comments will be removed asap.
And BTW If you think I did not know that MY site was down you are a bigger idiot than I thought.
You can find perverts everywhere.

I just watched an American TV program about abuses (including sexual) in American penitentiary system. It seems to be a big problem. No point in trying to politicize a common criminal behaviour.
Alex’s last blog post..Mess around Iran: Forebodings of a Global Conflict?
We get it! You hate the US and you admire commie and islamic totalitarian regimes. We get it. We get it. We get it.
Abu-Gharib was disgusting! Which I would never defend. But Iranian prison guards r a p i n g citizen political dissidents you defend. All of your arguments consist of pointing fingers the other way. Fail.
FYI I will do as I please on MY site. Do as you please at your own pitiful little site. Mmm…kay thanks
